Hello. I have a 2010 Dodge Journey SXT Navigation, the one with the navigation screen at the top of the dash (like the one in the picture) My question is if it´s possible to replace the factory stereo system (REU Navigation System) for a newest one, but some system COMPATIBLE with the screen. I mean, installing a new system but still using the screen over the dash. The factory system and the GPS maps can not be uploaded longer and I´m looking for a solution. Thanks
