Front of the car i don't know if it's around the engine but when i take my foot off the gas peddle you won't hear it.

I just recently had two of my motor mounts changed on my dodge journey 2012. Couple days after when I'm on the highway going 60mph and up i hear a buzzing sound when i go lower 40 mph or lower I dont hear the buzzing???
