Hello, I have a 2012 journey r/t with the 8.4. My hands free and v/r locked up and now says system is loading, please wait. Has been like that for 3 weeks. Talked to dodge, and they want 200 to diagnose the problem. Anybody else have any luck resolving this issue? Tried doing the reset, but I couldn't get it to actually reset.
