I have a '12 w/all aftermarket audio/amps and I always thought it was something the installer did wrong but now I feel a little better knowing it's a Dodge problem, when my does this it is VERY loud and I've noticed it seems to do it more if the battery is low for example if it's left on ACC to listen to radio or any lights left on and then started it comes on full blast. The UConnect website says there are 2 updates I can install, are these different than what Dodge installs? Also does anyone else get random hiss/engine whine through the speakers?
