Just bought a 14 journey sxt and put an astro start system in it with the t-harness (plug and play) with the d-600 module. Had some issues flashing the module but eventually it took. here is my problem, the remotes work, they light up the dash, lock and unlock the car, and will turn off the car. the issue is it will not START the car. it says no key detected on the dash, turn off the lights and tries again. if you are sitting in the car with the key, it will start. tried taking the battery out of the factory FOB, PTS started vehicle with fob, got out and turned it off the the astro start remote. still will not start, no key detected.
anyone encountered this problem? one tech said it did not clone the key code to detect the key. is there some step we missed or do we need more parts?
