  1. Tires are the same design and worn down the same. The front is more worn than the back. Part of the sale agreement was 4 new tires.
  2. This past weekend I purchased a new/used vehicle. It is still has manufacture warranty- I only have 33,600 miles on the vehicle. I will be taking it to the Dodge dealership this week to follow up and inspect/ensure the recall that came up on carfax (ABS module) has been addressed and if not get it addressed. The dealership (Buick GMC) I purchased from was not able to give me a concrete answer. I have noticed something interesting with my new toy- when going from a complete stop to a GO! (getting on the freeway and stepping on it) there is a slipping in the back of the vehicle. I mostly notice it coming from the rear driver's side. When I sat in the passenger seat, we did the same thing (stop to a GO!) and it happened but I didn't feel the slipping on the passenger side. It seems to do this around the point auto tranny shifts from first to second. It doesn't come from the front of the vehicle which would have me think it's the transmission, so I think I am good there (feel free to advise otherwise). I do not know much about AWD/4x4 vehicles as I have never owned one. I do know that there is a differential, but I don't a whole lot about differentials. The road wasn't wet and I wasn't on ice when I noticed this. Would it possibly be the differential causing a slipping on a high acceleration in the back? Is there too much torque and this slipping in feel preventing me from fishtailing..? I have read about a body control module recall on Journey's and I wonder if this is related to that. My goal at this time is when I get to the dealership and I bring this up to be as informed as possible. I don't want to be perceived as one of those girls who is told I need halogen fluid for my lights or something just as ridiculous! Please, any information you can share I would greatly appreciate. I have really enjoyed this car the 3 days I have owned it.
