  1. I removed the radio trim and radio then you can reach in behind and squeeze the holding prongs.
  2. Thank you, do I need to pry on the top and bottom or the sides? I tried a little bit but don't want to break the silver trim ring.
  3. I have a 2011 Journey that I need to replace the start/stop button. How do you remove the assembly from the dash. Do you need to remove the display screen to access the switch from behind?
