I guess my confusion is coming from the fact the dealership said nothing would work to change it... So is this "code" something that will work on any dodge model?

I just purchased a 2015 Dodge Journey SXT and it does not have the Automatic head lights... I contacted the dealer and they said that it is not an option to add on to the car.... Does anyone have any info on this or maybe aftermarket parts to make my head lights automatic sensored turn on and off?
