Hey there, I am new to the forum, but I can say I love my Journey! Randomly the other day, all of my windows won't go down. When trying to put the driver side window down, the switch makes a weird clicking/humming noise, but nothing happens. When I use the drivers side switch for the other windows, nothing happens. When I try to put windows down using the other doors, nothing at all happens (no noise) and window does not go down. I checked the fuses in the passenger side fuse box, but they looked fine. Has anyone else run into the issue? Or would anyone here have any ideas on what could be going on? Does the Journey have a power window relay? Thanks for any help!! Derek

Hey There Forum! First time post here... I just bought a 2012 Journey SXT, and absolutely love it! The only question I have is: When looking at the Uconnect site, I see that the 8.4" Uconnect systems are supposed to have Bluetooth. My Uconnect doesn't have the phone menu button.. I thought it might be a software issue, so last night I upgraded the software on my Uconnect - still no phone menu. Are there certain models that don't have Bluetooth? Thanks! Derek
