Could you take a picture of the wires with the load resistors? I'm just very hesitant messing with the wires.

I assume they require load resistors?

I ended up returning the lights and got LED bulbs instead. Cheaper and looks great.

Looks like they are the similar but just need two small tabs removed. I don't know much about the load resister. Looks like it is needed otherwise your blinker indicator in the interior will blink quickly thinking your bulb is about to burn out.

Really? You don't need a conversion kit for led? What about led low and high beam bulbs?

I saw a bunch of led lights but then I would need a conversion kit. Anything non led?

I recently bought Sylvania Silverstar ZXE bulbs for my 2015 Journey Crossroad for both high and low beam. They look great but now the fog lights need to be replaced. I went to an auto parts store and tried to special order the same lights for the fog lights but they didn't have them. I can't seem to find any fogs other than regular replacement bulbs. Anyone know of other ones that would have the same whiteness or a blue tint that works for the fog lights? Thanks!

I meant to post in this thread. Not sure what I did. I bought the same light assemblies and brought them to the dealership to install. They couldn't install them because the connections didn't match. They told me I needed a wire harness to fit. But when I bought them it said it would fit a 2015 Journey Crossroad and was a plug and play and required no other wires. Any idea what is going on?
