    The file downloaded with the direct link is a ZIP file. You need to unzip it on a thumbdrive. If you just copy the ZIP file, it won't work.

    DVD is not HD by nature. It is limited to 480p.

    The same thing happened to me last week. No sound coming out. I could switch between AM, FM and Sirius, but no sound. In addition, the equalizer UI was frozen. Couldn't change anything. Tried pulling the fuse or disconnecting the power cable, didn't work. Brought the Journey to my dealer this past Monday and they did a firmware upgrade on the amp. The warranty covered the cost. It's been great ever since, but it's only been two days.

    You can use an app like Agent to silence incoming texts while driving (and send an auto-reply to say that you're on the road).

    We're talking about bluetooth connectivity, right? I see statements that UConnect only supports iOS 7 or something. Isn't that irrelevant if the bluetooth standard is correctly supported? My old Ford Escape (2012) works just fine with my Nexus 6P (with Android 6.0.1).

    I have a dashcam. Make sure to get one that good night vision. Many cheap dashcams don't take good footage when the light is low.

    Bluetooth metadata doesn't work with my Nexus 6P. Didn't work either with my Nexus 5 (on Android M) before I upgraded. Before I bought my Journey last October, bluetooth metadata was not a problem at all in my old Ford Escape 2012.

    Oh dear. I noticed the lack of DRL on my 2014 Journey, but never imagined a thread where this could be looked after! Last 8 parts of the VIN: ET262525 Is there anything that can be done?
