Does it really bang out of 1st ? As though a mount as gone ? Mines doing that and I cannot get to the bottom of it ! Changed all the transmission mounts etc so frustrating

Dodge Journey 2009 crd 2.0 diesel sxt so my car decided to go in limp mode, wouldn't go over 20mph, I pulled over turned it off and back on, drove off gear shifting was quite erratic for a mile or so, the. Drove fine, took to get diagnostic machine at my dads garage ( car sales) came up with these codes P2425 - EGR cooling valve control circuit / open -stored U0415- implausible data received from ABS- pending p 1759- function select solenoid 2 control circuit performance- stored took it it to a local transmission specialist, gave him these codes he advises, clean the EGR VALVE out, and sort the ABS- valves as had some forte turbo diesel cleaner put through, however what could the issue be with the ABS ? Anyone had something similar ? I never realised the ABS could cause transmission problems, and help or advise would be much appreciated, thank you

Hi, does anyone know if the uk Dodge Journey rear calipers are only available from the main dealer ? Seems strange a single you can find the front online with ease but NOT the rear ? Thanks

Hi, I have been having issues for a while, when setting off in 1st there's a bang as though a transmission mount was broken, we found one with damage so replaced it with a new one, ok for a couple days and then starts again, garage cannot find what the problem is, now it went into limp mode (wouldn't go past 20mph) and wouldn't change gear even when trying manually, next day started it and drove like a dream !!! took it to my bro in law who put it on the diagnostic machine which only came up transmission solenoid, he cleared it and fine for a couple days, now it is fine, then limp mode, then flys off as if it's driving itself, then it kangaroos like mad, turn the car off drives fine lol !! I'm at a loss, I was told £1800 to replace a solenoid !! Which is ridiculous in my book, I can have a recon gear box fitted for £2000 ish, I'm wondering as anyone had a similar experience and if so did you manage to solve the problem ?? Battery as been on machine showing over 12.7v ? Also interior lights etc where all on fine, did try a little jump but made no odds

Hi, one week only, I actually think maybe the airport parking place could have left something on ... Run battery down, charged it up before we returned and maybe the keys have un programmed ...!!?? Seems strange I got my bro in law to bring the spare key, it opened & locked the car ... Lights etc came on but no sign of it even trying to start as if it could not get passed the immobiliser !!! Locked steering wheel, locked in park etc !!! Tow truck guy seems to think the same too ! Anyone had this or similar problems ? I've read about the WIN module but why would that just occur when the car was perfect until we gave the parking guys the key !! Thanks everyone all input appreciated

Hi just back to airport to collect my car, it will not start, it's asif the battery inside the fob as gone as it won't open / lock either, it's like the immobiliser is "stuck on" the key will not interact with the car.... But the horn sounds, alarm goes off etc ! Definitely power at the vehicle side but immobiliser will not let the vehicle switch on, will this really be down to the key fob battery dying ??? My vehicle is uk model, 2.0 diesel auto, 2009/59 plate , please help I'm stranded with 4 children thank you in advance

Hi guys !!! My Dodge Journey (automatic) crdx is trying to wheel spin (or at least it feels like it ) when pulling off ( really shuddering ) it's getting really annoying to the point I'm thinking of changing for a different car ..... Anyone else had this ? Or know what the problem may be ?? Much appreciated 👍🏽
